We are looking for a Digital Strategy & Communications Lead, to help drive our clients positioning across an ever-growing digital landscape.
Overview:
As our Digital Strategy & Communications Lead, you will play an important role in driving the digital transformation of our organization and leading digital strategy for a wide range of clients across different sectors, while effectively communicating our brand message to target audiences. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital frameworks that align with identified business objectives, enhance online presence, and drive growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, communication principles, media, consumer behavior, and emerging trends in the digital landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a digital strategy that aligns with the client’s overall goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging digital channels to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
- Ensure that digital content is aligned with brand messaging, tone, and style guidelines.
- Develop a content calendar and plan content initiatives to support key campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct thorough industry research and analysis to understand market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with account management teams to develop and optimize digital content across various platforms, but particularly social media and ensure integration into marketing and communication plans and overall business objectives.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, content strategies including paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media marketing and monitor performance.
- Develop targeting strategies to reach specific audience segments and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyse digital performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Generate insights from data analysis to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure media coverage and partnerships.,
- Prepare regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media & Communications or relevant fields.
- Atleast 6 years experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, or related roles.
- Deep understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable digital strategies.
- Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
